Although PandaPow Classic claims to have “amazing support”, we found this to be only half-true.
I’m glad to inform you that this VPN has clearly invested significant effort into creating a knowledge base that is easy for users to navigate. They offer readily accessible support, such as a detailed guide called “Getting Started” and several useful tutorials for setting up the VPN.
Configuration is even easier if you’re on Windows, MacOS, Android, or iOS — all thanks to the proprietary software.
The clients are elegant and optimized, but considering the lack of any advanced functionality, this is no surprise.
On the flipside, PandaPow Classic’s live customer support leaves something to be desired. Granted, you probably won’t run into any technical issues, but that’s no excuse for the sluggish response times and somewhat incompetent replies this VPN seems to suffer from.
