IPjetable VPN Review 2024: Before You Buy, Is It Worth It?
IPjetable VPN Overview
If you’re in a hurry, here’s the bottom line — You can get more servers globally, better VPN features, and 24/7 customer support with Surfshark for the same price or less. So why bother reading on?!
You need to upskill your French if you’re considering IPjetable VPN. Although it’s based in the Netherlands, IPjetable VPN is jointly associated with France and even the IPs given to customers are mainly French IP addresses making a good candidate, if you need access to French services and channels.
On the face of it, we were singing the blues when we first visited the website. Not only is it all in French with no other languages provided, but it’s dull and uninformative, so we had a rough start with it, but the customer support team made our journey much accessible and answered all our questions about their service.
IPjetable VPN puts its location in the Netherlands (no data retention) to a useful purpose by keeping no logging data of its users’ online activities. Also, IPjetable VPN supports two tunneling protocols: OpenVPN and PPTP.
Speed
- 8.0 / 10Why Most Speed Tests are Pointless & How We Correctly Test VPN Speeds
Speed determines how fast content uploads, so if you're torrenting or streaming, you want the speed to be somewhat identical to your regular internet speed. Since a VPN encrypts your data, it usually takes a bit longer to send your data back and forth, which can slow down your connection. However, if your ISP deliberately slows down your connection (also known as throttling) a VPN might increase your internet speed. Testing a VPN is somewhat pointless because new servers pop up and affect speed. Your speed can also differ according to your location, so your speed test might not match ours. Having said that, we tested the speed in numerous locations to provide you with the average.

User Experience
- 8.4 / 10IPjetable VPN isn’t a beauty queen and doesn’t try to be one either. The software clients are flavorless and feature small, basic interface. The setup process is incredibly simple and only takes a moment for the app to be installed and prepared on your system.
As previously mentioned, the interface is very simple and doesn’t have any appealing features like more than just two protocols (OpenVPN and PPTP), kill switch or DNS leak protection. Simply choose a server and connect, that’s all.
IPjetable might offer a good service at a reasonable price, but does it match up with other top VPNs? We find it hard to say “yes”. To be sure you’re choosing the right VPN for your needs, review this list of top recommended VPNs.
Support
- 8.4 / 10How We Test Customer Support and Why Should You Care
We personally test the customer support team of every VPN we review. This means asking technical question through the live chat feature (where applicable) and measuring the response time for email questions. Whether you need to connect to a specific server, change your security protocol, or configure a VPN on your router, finding a VPN with quality customer support should be important to you.
